The Bad Stuff recently was awarded a gold medal at the 2020 Distilled Spirit and Cocktail Competition at the Del Mar Fairgrounds in Del Mar, California. The San Diego County Fair hosts one of the best spirit competitions in the country. With 133 entries from 27 distilleries in this year’s competition, there was no shortage of show-stopping spirits from around the globe.
Judging happened February 28 – March 1, and 110 medals were awarded (gold, silver and bronze). Top winning spirits will be showcased on June 27 at the Distilled Spirit and Cocktail Festival, happening at the 2020 San Diego County Fair.
The Bad Stuff Extra Añejo was not only awarded a gold medal, but also won Best of Class in the Extra Añejo spirit style category. The wins don’t stop there. The Bad Stuff also took home Best of Division over all spirits within the broader 100% Blue Agave Tequila category.
