In a blind competition, industry executives rate each entry on 5 essential characteristics
In our Made In Mexico blind competition, industry executives rate each entry on 5 essential characteristics: Appearance, Aromatics, Flavor, Mouthfeel and Finish.
Each of these subsets have varying ultimate scores, with Aromatics and Flavor scoring the highest possible points. Scores are then tabulated by Jack Robertiello and Robert Plotkin, Competition co-Hosts.
Best in Show and Best in Class medals are not always awarded. That determination is based-upon consistently high scores from each judge. In 2015, we did, indeed, determine a BEST IN SHOW, BEST TEQUILA BLANCO and BEST TEQUILA ANEJO
